Stress looks different for everyone

You may be functioning outside while struggling inside.

Stress is not always dramatic. Sometimes it appears as constant overthinking, irritation, low energy or feeling unable to switch off.

A CGS consultation begins by listening to how the pressure shows up in your daily life—without judgement and without forcing a ready-made answer.

These experiences can have many causes. They are signals worth discussing, not a diagnosis.
Racing thoughtsYour mind continues working even when you want to rest.
Emotional overloadSmall situations begin to feel unusually difficult or intense.
RestlessnessYou find it hard to relax, focus or stay present.
Decision fatigueEven ordinary choices feel confusing or exhausting.
Changes in sleepWorry interferes with settling down or feeling refreshed.
Unhelpful coping habitsYou rely more on avoidance, smoking or other unwanted patterns.
The CGS approach

Support for the whole experience—not just one symptom.

Your consultation may combine these three layers according to your needs, preferences and the scope agreed with you.

Listening & life coaching

Organise what feels tangled, identify the pressure points and define small, realistic steps that support your goals.

Flower-remedy support

Explore a complementary flower-essence approach selected around the emotions and patterns you describe.

Daily-life grounding

Consider manageable routines and reflection practices that may help you create more steadiness in everyday life.

Personalised flower-remedy guidance

Chosen around the person, not a generic label.

CGS uses flower remedies as a complementary wellness practice, guided by the emotional state and life situation you describe.

The conversation may explore what you are feeling, when it becomes stronger, how you usually respond and what kind of change you want to work towards. Any suggested flower-remedy approach is explained before you decide whether it suits you.

  • Support is personalised to the concern shared
  • The purpose and suggested use are explained clearly
  • You can ask questions or decline any recommendation
  • Existing professional care should not be stopped or changed without the relevant qualified practitioner

When you need urgent or clinical support

CGS is not an emergency or crisis service. If you may harm yourself or someone else, feel unable to stay safe, or have severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, contact local emergency services or a qualified mental-health professional immediately. Do not wait for a website response.

Frequently asked

Clear answers before you begin.

Is this counselling or medical treatment?

No. CGS provides life-coaching and complementary wellness support. It does not diagnose or treat a mental-health condition and is not a substitute for a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor or doctor.

Do flower remedies cure stress or anxiety?

No cure or guaranteed outcome is promised. Flower remedies are offered as a complementary practice for people who wish to explore them alongside appropriate professional care where needed.

Will I have to share private details?

You choose what to share. Enough context is needed to understand the concern, but you should not send passwords, financial information, identity documents or sensitive medical records through the enquiry form.

Can you help with an unwanted habit such as smoking?

CGS can offer coaching and complementary support around triggers, motivation and change. Dependence may also require evidence-based medical or behavioural support; CGS guidance should not replace it.

Can consultations be conducted online?

Yes. Use the contact form to share your location and preferred response method. The team will explain the available consultation format and next step.
